Mechanically Attached 

 

 

Pressure wash exterior roof surfaces using equipment capable of producing 3,000 psi @ 5 gpm. Torque existing fasteners, replace missing or broke fasteners and treat rust according to specifications. Apply knife grade sealant and mesh to fasteners and laps according to specifications. Apply 2 coats of specified roof coating according to specifications to prepared areas.

Wet Seal Glazing (Glass to frame and metal to metal)

Remove existing gasket/sealant as required and clean bonding surfaces using the two cloth method. Install approved silicone sealant to prepare joints dry toning free of wrinkles and air pockets.

Pressure wash exterior vertical masonry surfaces using equipment capable of producing 3,000 psi @ 5 gpm. Address masonry cracks according to specifications. Apply 2 coats of specified elastomeric coating at 80-100 sq.ft. per  gallon to prepared areas.
